Life according to Dara K. It's the government and society's job to fix things. It's not Uber's job to pay the drivers more.

They need to ship this POS back to Iran. Lets see if he would make his 46 M+ there. I will finish the year out with Uber but doubt I will drive after that. Not that it will matter to Uber or anyone else when I stop driving but I am so over these companies. It's embarrassing to say I drive for them. When I get that wver so asked question "how do you like driving for Uber" it's time to tell the truth. Dont care about tips or 5 stars at this point. The truth is much better.

Uber’s charismatic CEO Dara Khosrowshahi wouldn’t oppose the idea of sharing some of his $3 million salary plus $40 million worth of equity with Uber’s minimum wage-earning drivers. He just wouldn’t give the order himself.

When asked about thoughts on the widening pay gap between top executives at “gig economy” tech companies like Uber and their low-paid contractors at an event this week, Khosrowshahi acknowledged that things have “gone too far,” but argued that it should be governments’ and society’s job to fix it.

That's.... not how leadership works, Dara. That's cowardice, not leadership.

That's how it apparently worked in Iran until the revolution. The government is fixing it, it's called AB5
