Yes, rideshare passengers also have score/ratings.
Yes, just like the drivers, riders of rideshares (Uber, Lyft,etc.) have ratings given by their peers, i.e. drivers. Both Uber and Lyft do this in a star-based ratings where 1 is the worst and 5 is the best. You can look up your own rating within your app, generally under the "Profile" page.
The drivers can generally view this information as well, and for Uber and Lyft drivers, they can view this when the user request comes in, and they have the choice to decline or ignore the request. (There are exceptions. In Chicago, the law forbids the app to display this to the service provider, i.e. drivers.)
