Is this for a ride to the airport? If so, the reliability depends on where you live. The more rural you are the less confident I would be in your scheduled ride. If you are near the city, you should be fine.
At an airport, YES you should always be okay. If you were in an outlying area, that's probably the weakest time of night to find a driver.
You should be fine. It is true however that uber scheduled rides are not guaranteed, so just keep that in mind. If you are in the boonies it is possible you could get stuck if you get stood up.
Should be, Lyft scheduled rides work better though
