Wouldn't this solve so many problems? Subway systems wouldn't be failing as hard, traffic would die down, drivers would make morey money, pollution would be cut back, etc.
Should the Government limit the amount of rideshare drivers that can be on the road?

I wouldn't be surprised if this happens one day. Or limits when Uber drivers can work? If there are too many stationary Uber drivers signed online you wont be able to sign on?
I did read once that like half of all rideshare drivers in NYC are driving around empty...
This is what the Govt did with the medallion system and taxis. I honestly think it worked really well. Cheap rides with Uber are great and all but there are too many negative aspects. What is the point of paying a cheap per minute rate if it is now going to take you twice the amount of time to get to where you want to go?!
Maybe if more jobs were created there wouldnt be so many Uber drivers! People need to work.
Its going to happen sooner rahter than later, things are getting out of control. I am sure a solution will be put in place in the next year. Hopefully its a good solution...
