Jee, whopping "1 million"? How many 1 million in 70 billion?
Uber's valuation doesn't mean they can spend all that. but I see your point though. We all know 1 million is nothing to them, and they can easily afford it. It's the thought that counts, and it's pretty blatantly obvious that they are doing this to boost public perception.
I guess any try is a good try.
