Here we go again.  Honestly, I cannot stay awake to read the entire 20 page policies and links to other policies to find out WHAT has changed.

There should be a law that states they have to show the changes First, then proceed with the rest of it.

Can anyone tell me what the changes are?  Specifically?   Or point me in the direction of a document that states the changes?
