Tolls are passed onto the customers. Will be added to your fare automatically
The tolls for bridges and tunnels are charged to the customer, and it will automatically be added to your bill and hence charged to the credit car on file. This will be reflected and displayed on your email reeceipt.
We have heard from some riders that they habe been scammed by drivers who claimed the riders needed to pay them in cash. Do NOT pay cash for your tolls.
As for the carpool options such as UberPool and Lyft Line, the tolls are split across the parties when the toll is incurred.
