Grinds my gears. Pax who asks for extra stops but not in the app
STOP asking for stops without making the changes in the app! Why does this happen all the time? Uber is …
Their influence has been questioned in the past.

Dog or Pets or Children that were not disclosed when the ride was requested.
People who change the destination upon hopping on ARE ALWAYS RED FLAGS.
You were already paid. You are suggested to work it out with your customer directly, and you were rewarded for it. So my opinion is that you do not charge them that.
If you are asking this question, it means you already returned the phone and wondering if you should trigger the lost item return in the app. You are thinking of doing this even though the matter is closed. That is underhanded to me.
Assuming that it compensated for your time (the $20), you should just move on.
It isn't always deliberate. Riders may try to steal other people's Ubers for a free ride. (They call it Uberjacking - https://ride.guru/lounge/p/5-rider-scams-that-game-the-system-drivers-watch-out)
What morons are doing this.
It’s a total pyramid scheme. I’m offended they deemed the driver community the dumb one to believe.
Yeah, pick up the phone. We don’t like to text, and we may cancel on you if you don’t pick up.
Stringing us along until they can build an autonomous vehicles that don’t driver over people.
This is a serious question. Do I drench the cloth? just spray it on? Are you doing it this way to save cost on air fresheners or do you just love the Fabuloso smell? I don't think I know what that smells like.
I am improvising with my house cleaner, Mr. Clean, Meadows and Rain. I love this smell. I am serious. Thanks for the tip.
Their service is free. It’s the service for picking up your phone call, looking up a close-by mechanic, and dispatching then. You still pay for the services rendered
That’s what I was saying about Google Maps. Anyone can do it.
Yes, roadside coverage is nothing but someone who pulls up google maps and makes the first call you for you.
You still have to pay for all the work like battery jump or towing.
I’d think this was worth it back before the smartphones. Now we can just look up a mechanic close by and call them directly.
@Krista, are you a fan of UberEats? I have never tried and I am thinking about doing it. Is it worth it?
I'd love for these to fill my slow times but I am afraid UberEats' busy times coincide with rider's busy times. (Lunch time and end of workday) When do you see them being the busiest?
Right and you don’t even get a negative rating. Gotta learn your moves.
I do get this question often. At least once a day, maybe once every 10~12 times. Most are genuine and harmless. I get it. Being late sucks.
To the poster. You may want to post the URL in the body of the topic. I can't click on it when it's in the post title. Just sayin'.
"Bounce is way less expensive to you and our drivers are paid better. When you compare our prices with other rideshare services, you’ll find that Bounce is always less expensive."
Are you really cheaper than Uber?
I do my job well, and I do my part. I do what is asked of me, and they should do the same.
With the flat rate pricing that Uber is impleneting, stops don't net me more money, but makes me lose money. My understanding is that the only way the stop will be reflected is the pax logs it in the Uber app.
