I can't figure it out but my ratings have been dropping recently. I am doing nothing different. Perhaps people are just more crabby with Covid and wearing masks? Curious if anyone else has noticed this.

I have gotten some negative reviews because people refuse to wear masks in my car and they get mad when I tell them too but nothing that is too impactful on my rating.
Maybe you are doing something wrong pandemic related. Are you doing things to make riders feel safe? Are you wiping down the seats and windows? Are you wearing a mask?
