Collect as much proof as you can. Go get tested right away. Go grab the webcam recordings. Anything to prove your innocence when you dispute this with Uber.
Sadly, I am starting to hear this more and more often where drivers get falsely accused by passengers. Is it because more ignorant (and shameless) people are taking Ubers?
