Not at pickup location, calling to tell me they will be a little late, talking with friends on the curb while I wait.
I call and no one picks up.
If they try to fit too many people into my car, its a hard pass
Passenger rating and pickup location. If you have a rating below 4.7 or if you want to be picked up in a "dangerous" neighborhood, don't expect me to risk my life for your $3 ride.
