😂 thanks for the laugh!
haha the most important part - the 1 star review!
Well naturally I pay more attention to the money I am making on the longer rides as that actually makes some impact than the $3 take home from the minuet rides.
Ya i have had my share of upwards of 50% taken too. I tend to see it more on long rides, but maybe that is just because I am paying more attention to the take home?
A flyer for some crazy new age christian retreat (cult). Didn't see it until the end of the day so I am sure I had many passengers worried that I was some kind of nut that day.
Thanks Wes. I wonder why certain areas have different numbers? Different supply/demand of drivers? I would guess the threshold is lower in rural areas where there are hardly any drivers to begin with.
So many riders just hop on the phone and have these loud obnoxious conversations without ever asking me if it is ok. I would have been thrilled if you were my rider and actually asked me! Sounds like your driver was a jerk.
1 star ratings are really really rare. You have to do something to completely piss me off. I think I have only ever given a 1 star 2-3 times and all times were because the passenger was being a complete jerk, drunk, yelling at me, treating my car poorly, etc.
Ya I think the idea is you take the box in and out with you, its not that big so pretty easy IMO. I guess you could leave it in your car but LG-PA makes some great points hence why I take my box with me into my house at the end of a shift.
why in the world wouldn't you report the puke?!
4.5 is really quite bad. I wouldn't pick you up...
Who in their right mind would rob an Uber driver. Most of us are dead broke lol
If they try to fit too many people into my car, its a hard pass
Yes, I have been seeing more tips later on than usual as well. I just noticed it the other night. Maybe Uber is sending a little tip reminder a few days later? Nah, they would never do that... IDK.
Once I had a passenger who was going on about her mom being deported. Oddly, she wasn't all that sad, more matter of fact. While she wasn't that sad, I was, sad for humanity.
That we like talking with our passengers. Sure maybe some drivers do but definitely not all.
yes! dont drive around aimlessly. This just wastes gas, much smarter to stay in one location. Maybe find a flexible part time gig you can do from your phone like taking surveys in your down time.
I do a mix of both, this is the key to making that extra $$.
No, not report them to authorities, just to Uber. You know for smelling up your car.
lol, I think I got like $13. Where are all these big tippers? I call BS.
