Yes, the most economical Uber for 2-3 passengers is an UberX, which fits up to 4 passengers. You can order most Uber services to fit your party except Uber Pool which is a shared ride option. With Uber Pool you can only request up to 2 spots max for your party. Also in some cities there is an Uber Moto option which is a ride on a motorcycle, this option only allows you to book the ridefor one person.
