Can you get bedbugs from an Uber car?

According to this exterminator in Dallas, he treats 5-10 rideshare cars a WEEK for bedbugs. This has me re-thinking the whole rideshare thing. Drivers, have you ever seen bedbugs in your car?!

    Absolutely you can - just as you can get them from ANY surface where the bed bugs reside or have been recently deposited.

    A fair majority of hipsters aka Jerk Offs are sloppy ass pigs so if you get bugs it's most likely from your fellow passengers

    SAME GOES FOR LICE PEOPLE!!! Beware, I have definitely heard of drivers getting lice and having to fume their car out... EWW

    godam. this is frightening. I had to deal with bed bugs in my apartment a long time ago. it was hell. def don't want them in my car.

    Seems unlikely to me... but I suppose it is possible. I have never had a problem in my car. And I sometimes drive in an urban area that is known to have a bed bug problem in some places.
