On Lyft's FAQ, it says "If scheduled rides are available for your region, you will see a small 'Schedule' option on the ride mode selection screen."
I have the icon, but it's dimmed. My reading of the FAQ implies that it's either there and selectable, or not there at all. Or is the icon always there, even if advance scheduling isn't available in my area, but dimmed/not selectable if I can't use it where I am?

I waited an hour yesterday for lyft
Are they even functioning anymore. The last few times, I had no driver accept my requests. Called Uber instead. I have no time to be dealing with their internal problems.

Nope. My county has 1.4 million people, 4,766 people per square mile.
My best guess is that they've changed how it works, and it's just dimmed if scheduling is not available now.
