Hi everyone,  my cousin is visiting the US from Germany.  We bought her $200 worth of Uber Cash/Gift Cards, she was able to load it into her account but when she ordered a ride she could not use the Uber Cash as payment . The $200 shows in her account, just can’t use it to pay. She was able to use her credit card to pay normally.

    I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to use it. I think you will have to take this up with Uber unfortunately.
