No it doesn't affect our rates. We are paid a base fare, per mile, per minute, and a small amt if we have to wait for the passenger. The only time we would even no the rider had a pass is if we went in to look at the breakdown of the trip. What the rider paid, what Lyft took, and what we got paid. Most drivers dont look at that unless they think their fare is wrong.
No, drivers are oblivious as to what kind of promotions, referral bonuses or passes you are using. However, this may affect the pricing and also the way we are matched up with the rider.
