Not only is this guy carrying bundles of heroin, he is also transporting minors on lyft. The article also states that his 14 year old nephew was also riding along in the car, another Lyft no no. How do these people become drivers? And to think this guy was driving a minor!!

To be fair, the minor was 17 so he could have thought it was an adult. I am sure we have all driver around minors before without realizing it.

How did the minor even create an account? Don't you have to say your age when you sign up? Sounds like in that case it wasn't on the driver.
