Only available in two cities. San Francisco and Los Angeles:
Lyft is launching a car rental service. Differentiating itself from traditional rental companies, it will let people as young as 22 with a driver’s license easily rent vehicles, and it won’t have mileage limits. Uber has dabbled in the rental market before with its (now terminated) partnership with Getaround, but this is the most “full-throated attempt from either company” to get into the rental business.

Another money loser, both UBER and Lyft business model is like throwing spaghetti to the wall amd see what sticks
I feel like they have tried this before. Like Hertz, Getarouns, HyreCar... are they even around?
Full-throated? Like singing or screaming?
