Lyft’s scheduled ride passenger no show cancellation fee or lacke thereof

Second time in 2 weeks I scooped up a scheduled ride, was sent the ride. I arrived 5 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time waited  the required 10 minutes (scheduled pickup time plus 5 minutes) I actually waited 7 minutes instead of 5, texted passenger she was still inside plane. I cancelled for no show.

Looked at cancellation fee (expected $10 for no show on scheduled ride) nothing.

Called Lyft, they added me $10.00

Last night same thing, again no cancellation fee added. Called Lyft got some sort of run around as to ride being reassigned to me from other driver jinberish, then asked me how long it took me to get to pick up (what the heck does it matter how long) I set aside time and got there when neede. Rep said will get me $10 within 24-48 hours.

Morale of the post

Keep checking for these fees as a rep said it is a known issue within their app.

I want to see the day when they send me $10 in error, all mistake appearently only happen in their favor ;)

By the way I asked Lyft to see if they can add 45 min banner to their shared rides like Uber does, in then  would be more open to doing shared rides.
