No recourse on invalid document suspension

My valid documents have been rejected by the Uber computer and although the Help staff and I have tried numerous times to rectify the situation it just keeps producing the same outcome. There is absolutely no real tech support with a living person available and the Help staff are not empowered to make changes despite what they can see on their screens. This is an egregious flaw in the Uber technologies technology/corporate structure. 😫

Sorry man, that is so frustrating. Sometimes driving for Uber is like a random lottery, some people get deactivated for unjust reasons, some can't sign up, and some nutcases have been driving for 5+ years.

Nearest hub is 220 miles or 440 RT. Problem is, there is no guarantee they can do anything.

That is a disgrace. I swear Uber does this to discourage drivers from going to the hub. Sorry you hsve to go through all this BS. Have you talked to someone on the phone? Have you tried Twitter? I have read that people get results once putting something on Twitter. One other thing you can try is calling the number they have if you are in an accident play dumb that another driver gave you that number. Also this works for me with other companys. Call their main number when it asks if you want English or Spanish choose Spanish when the person answers say "I only speak English, must have hit wrong number in the menu options". The person that answers will usually help you. The reason for this is companies hire people from overseas (cheaper labor) that can barely speak English. Chances of them speaking Spanish are slim to none. So you usually get someone that speaks English and Spanish and is here in the US. It cant hurt to try someone has to be able to help you. I know when I cal…

I know when I called with a difficult situation they said "we have to pass this on to another team who is better equipped to help you". They did pass it on and an English speaking American (i assume by their voice) called me back. Just make sure you answer because they will only call once. Best of Luck.
