Lyft cant fly under the radar on this one. Uber's antics always gets the attention of the press and social media. Lyft for the most part has been able to keep away from the news media when it comes to bad press. Welcome Lyft! Your really messed up on this one. Women are going to hang you on this if this campaign takes off. You better fix it.
Social media campaign against Lyft! "Take back the Ride". Lyft is following Ubers bad habits. Women are pushing back.

I was just one of them! Seriously this is predatory nature both hiking the ride costs post ride and I have had two make advances verbally and sexual in nature to me during the encounter which might have also directed me from checking that he's going straight a-b and not driving longer than the ride was supposed to be when I Google Map Route at the start instead of their round about driving which I have happened just these past Twp days. To have anything less than some HR development on Sexual Harassment and a training video for these people would be really liable for the lawsuit I'll gladly beaboard
"Lyft's critics largely focus on the app's design, which they say makes it difficult and confusing to report harassment or danger caused by a driver. "
I mean is there any app that makes this easy?! LOL
Lyft's Customer Service is worse than Ubers. Although Ubers is nothing to brag about either. You can at least get Uber on the phone. Lyft will outright ignore you.
SO in one week Lyft is saying they are great about WOmens rights becuase they pay them the same as men BUT at the same time don't care if they are harrassed. 😑
No one said they were smart:) They know that this to will blow over and Uber will do something far worse to make the headlines next:)
Both these companies are showing their true colors. They dont seem to care who they step on, what they do to get to where they want to be, who they screw, and the list goes on. Dara is definately power hungry and greedy. He want to grow up and be Amazon (J.B.) for travel. Would love nothing better than for drivers to start a company and send those 2 packing with their tail between their legs (Lyft mustache between their legs). I know this isnt going to happen but one can wish.
Lyft is honestly just as bad as Uber, if not worse because they try to hide behind this "more caring" fake brand image.
At this point none of this matters. Both companies are public. The only thing that matters is profit from now on. This issue will only matter as far as it affects profit. That's just a simple PR issue. They'll work around it.
Flying under the radar only goes so far, if UBER wasn't so horrible, Lyft wouldn't have been able to do so for seven years. Lyft in most cases is as bas or worse than Uber, I would like to do a survey one day and find out what the satisfaction rate of drivers and passengers is with both companies. I bet the driver's satisfaction percentage would be in the teens at best vs. passenger's at over 90%.
