there are so many things wrong with what they did. Not to mention the expletives, pepper spray, coughing on them, taking his phone, assaulting him, and mocking him.

Sometimes I debate becoming a driver and then I see videos like these and I think "nope, I'm good".
Disgusting, not worth the pennies we earn.
Good reminder for drivers to always have the webcam running.
I often consider the webcams to be a deterrent. but some passengers are too stupid to realize they are being recorded, that they can get arrested, or they aren't supposed to do that.
