It was a 3 sec video. It kind of looked like he was just looking down. Who knows? This is so disgusting even for an adult to catch him. Lets face it some of these drivers are idiots. The parents who allow their teenage daughters to get in a car with a stranger are idiots. Sorry but dont you read or watch the news? It's not safe. FYI , driver who may or may not have done this. Next time you may want to wait until after you drop off your rider, sign off the app, or go home to do that. Seriously you can't wait a few minutes?

There are some real freaks out there. In my city there have been numerous cases of guys caught doing this in public places. Park benches, subways, etc. Disgusting.
I mean has this guy heard of PORN? Like he needs to get off to a random fully dressed girl in his back seat who he can hardly see? Seems so weird.

Not sure why you couldnt access the link but I posted story for you. Some of these articles that are online are so vague. They leave a lot of unanswered questions.
