Uber Eats UberX and status

I don’t know if anyone can answer this or not, but thanks in advance.

I started with Uber Eats about 2 months ago. I got enough points in the first couple of weeks to become diamond status. I was getting order after order sent to me, and most were good orders.

Then about 3 weeks into Uber Eats I got an email saying I had been approved for UberX and ride shares as well. My points disappeared but I was now able to choose from many different delivery services on the app. Food deliveries still one of them. But here’s the problem.

Since I also started doing UberX, my food delivery offers have went way down. And when I say way down I mean I am getting about 10% of the request as before. And it’s not just when I have UberX turned on. I can turn everything off other than deliveries and still get very few orders.

So my questions are these. First of all does my status have anything to do with this (IE being blue now and not Diamond)? Second, if not does having UberX turned on in the account have anything to do with it(not checked on your app but having it on your account at all)? Is it better to call and have all other Uber rides turned off other than deliveries?

Also the orders I am being sent are not nearly as high as when I first started. I read somewhere that you don’t get the same orders with UE once you start doing rides but I have no idea. Can someone please help me understand all of this better.
