Big Issue With New App. Cant see info on trips, cant get paid

I was reading today that some drivers in other states havent been able to see how much they made on their trips. They are not being paid either. I cashed out for last night this morning when I read this. No problem. Just headed out picked up my 1st .5 mile trip (so annoying) but hey maybe they tipped. I dont know what I made on trip let alone if I got a tip.  App not working as other drivers said. It shows you made the trip then few minutes later a red note comes up that there is a problem. The note also states "dont worry trip info and amounts are safe". Thats a load off my mind Uber said "it's safe" as you all know we can trust Uber. WTH Other drivers are complaining its been 4 days no pay. Some drivers called Uber they are being told they are "working on it" but dont know when it will be fixed. This is so rediculous. 

This happened a few months ago it took almost 7 days to get my pay. Then it happened again 2 weeks later although that only lasted 32 hrs. 

Anyone else having issues? I am driving in Philadelphia and Bucks County.

    UPDATE

    Just called Uber. Same ole BS. There is a problem with seeing your trips, the amount, and you will be paid when this is resolved as we are currenty working on it. No timeline as to when it will be fixed.

      You called them?  I have not ever spoken to anyone at Uber.  Oh, trust me, it's not for the lack of trying.

        There is a pic of a  telephone in old driver app. In new app its under your account "contact". Just beware you get people from another county. Its just like when you send them a message you get a scripted answer back. The people that answer your call give you same old scripted answer. When you try to explain your issue they keep giving you the scripted answer. It's so rediculous I end up hanging up. One night I called 3X in hopes that someone understood English and wouldnt just read off sheet of paper. I ended up flipping out told them what I thought of them. This all started when i was asked to identify myself they told me I wasnt the right person. Deactivated me for 2 days while they investigated. I was reactivated with no explanation. Told me I had to put new profile pic because the one I had was unacceptable (pic was approved and up for 10 mths when this happened)After I flipped out on phone  For 2 weeks every night I was driving I would be asked to verify my identity. This would  happen in the middle of driving passenger doing 65 mph. It would happen 7/8 times a night. They would tell me that the profile pic I had on my account had to be retaken. They would keep rejecting pic. I figured the man I flipped out on was getting payback. 😊 I try never to call there again. Lol I am not 100% sure but I think when they finally put an option up to call support and speak to someone it was only in a handful of states.

          This must be one of those 180 days to recover or whatever campaign. I've used Uber since the early days, when they only had Black Cars, and I swear they got rid of all phone numbers.  It's good to see they decided to hire 3/hour call center staff for us.  yipee.

         On new app click on your profile pic at top right. Next screen click on help top right then scroll to bottom there is a choice that says Call Us (800)593-7069 this is the number that comes up on my phone.

    Can’t see acceptance rate or cancellation numbers anymore.  I asked another driver and he said it’s there for some people. What the heck. I clicked everywhere.

      I found it by accident just have to remember how i got to it. I think it was on my payment statement at the bottom. It wasnt on driver app. Had to log in on the regular uber app. I am driving right now but if no one post how to find it or you still cant find it I will post later on.
