Today marks the day into the new year that a women has to work to in order to make as much as a man did the previous year. Ridiculous, thanks Lyft for providing awareness!

I know awareness is important but I feel like this accomplished nothing. Maybe donate to a group that makes real efforts?
Well, what else can you do besides awareness? This isn't breast cancer where money is needed for medical research.
