  You can but it doesn't make much sense. There are always Ubers ready to pick up at the airport. Order yours after you arrive and pick up your luggage. It will only take probably 3 minutes for your Uber to arrive from the time you order :)

  Yes you can book the same day or up to 7 days in advance it is up to you! I am unsure where anacortes is but if it is a small place without many drivers then I would recommend booking in advance.

  People are willing to work for next to nothing, or maybe they don't realize they are getting next to nothing? Either way, I hardly anticipate a driver shortage anytime soon. It is too easy to sign up and feel like you are making some extra cash.
