  Usually Uber and Lyft are reliable but there has been a driver shortage with Covid-19 which can cause some long wait times. I would recommend getting up extra early and requesting your car, better to be safe than sorry!

  I would recommend ordering an Uber or Lyft and explaining your situation to the driver to see if they would be willing to set up recurring rides offline for cheaper (as Uber wouldn't be taking a cut). If the driver you have the first day declines then try again the next day! I bet you will find someone.

  I don't think this would bother most drivers but you can always contact them in the app as soon as you request to let them know the situation, if it is a problem for them they will simply cancel the ride and you can request a new driver.

  Well, it most likely depends on which company you booked a ride with. I would suggest just using Uber or Lyft and ordering your car when you arrive.

  From my understanding, to be covered by insurance and following all the rules that Uber has laid out, you will need to register your car in Georgia to drive for Uber there. You may be able to get away with NYC plates but if you get in an accident you will most likely have a big headache on your hands.
