  Unreal, they need to make their investors happy but at what price? How can drivers sustain themselves on this?! It just is not feasible. And all the while they are trying to "hide" just how much they are screwing drivers over.

  Ya I agree completely with this. I have found that Pool passegers just think it is the cheapest option they don't realize half the time that they will be riding with other riders.Unfortunately this is always taken out on the driver not on Uber as a company

   5 years ago in  I live in a good (as in wealthy) neighborhood. Can I get bad ratings from the drivers?

  I wouldn't penalize you for this but I have seen my fair share of wealthy people who do not tip (I guess that is why they are wealthy, stingy!). So do the right thing and tip right away and I guarantee you will get 5 stars!

  I dont think they really have a choice. The days of picking and choosing which laws to follow for Uber are coming to an end. People are fed up!

  But why?! What does this benefit Lyft? Are they losing money on driver's using destination filters? Sometimes I think there is board meetings at corporate where they just sit around and find ways to screw with drivers.

  I think I would have to agree with the other posters to go with a taxi, sadly. I do wonder if your parents asked their wheelchair pushers kindly if they could escort them to the rideshare pickup location if they would. It may not be normal but I would think they may be willing to make an exception?

  I love how Uber and Lyft implement these changes but try to make them sound like a good thing - "Uber Pro" more like "Big Brother Uber"
