  I have to agree with Wes. I used to try to start trips ASAP to make as much money as a could, I soon learned that you are only making extra pennies, if that. Definitely not worth it! I have had pax get mad when they get in the car adn realized the trip was already started. I truly had JUST started it but I guess they didn't know that.

  Yes, of course, it has happened numerous times. Riders always try to argue that the driver never showed when in fact they must have placed the pin i nthe wrong location. I have showed up to pick someone up a few times with no one anywhere in sight, after calling the passenger they try to argue that they are standing right outside. Unless they are invisible they are in the wrong location.

  I have heard a lot of drivers speculating on this, however, I personally have never seen a trend with pool/non-pool ratings. Just a trend with jerks and non-jerks lol

  We are most likely part time drivers with normal day jobs. Don't look down on us for having a side hustle. I most likely make more than most of my passengers yet many act as though they are better than me.
