No, unfortunately you can’t specify the gender of the driver. What you can do is request a ride on Uber or Lyft, if the match is not a female driver, cancel then try again. You won’t be charged a cancellation fee if you you do right away.
Do you know whats with SAFR? They have an app its supposed ti be in San Francisco and Orlando. They have a FB page, there are some articles on the internet but haven't heard much about it or if they are actually up and running.
