Lyft not showing trip details any longer, specifically what the passengers pay, less transparency is better for them I guess

How is this legal? How can they say we only take X amount from drivers and then take more?! I mean that clearly seems illegal to me.
That’s why you should sell your time and distance to the passengers yourself when you show up to pick them up. I know you may not be able to do that for ever trip however depending on the passengers some will agree to pay you cash and cancel their rides. Keep in mind you have to pay them the difference that Lyft charges them for canceling on site. I’ve tried it and it works specifically with the long distance trips.
It is legal every time they send you a new TOS and you sign it without reading it. Otherwise, they won't let you turn the app on and work. They are basically buying miles and minutes from drivers at a wholesale cost amd flipping ot to the passengers at whatever they can get away with
Wow, how people do not see or care that both Uber and Lyft are skimming profits off the top of every fare is beyond me! There is no other reason for them to hide this information.
Uber hasnt done it yet but they can't ne too far behind
They dont want us to have proof they are stealing from drivers and overcharging passengers. Saturday night heat map showed 1.25 surge however pax were being charged $19+ for the surge. Just another Saturday night with Uber lying, cheating, stealing from the drivers and overcharging the passengers.
You can do the same thing them, by offering the passengers a better rate and take the cash.
This is on Lyft, UBER is still showing the trip details.
I know it's Lyft. Was just commenting on Uber's BS on surge.
Hi, I'm a new Lyft driver and cannot see my tips that I have earned from my rides, does anyone have a driver support number for Lyft?
If the pax didn't tip you, there's nothing to see. If they just disappeared, you can contact support through tour app.
