If you use Lyft or Juno, please ask me about "Uber."
Stay in place where you booked the ride. Stop walking towards your destination. Stop walking over to the other side of the road. Just stay in place so I can find you.
This is surprisingly a difficult question, because customers come in all shapes and sizes. There are great passengers who do everything right and there are some that do everything wrong.
So if you ask, "something passengers never do"... I am not sure.
