Nice of the officer to dump her in an Uber. Lol Probably mixed alcohol and Tide Pods or Bath Salts. She would make a good zombie in the Walking Dead once they put some makeup on her. I was joking:) Basically just saying she had to have more than alcohol in her system. In my city at least when teens are doing stupid things we say "should've stayed away from the tide pods" or something similar. Eating tide pods was actually a challenge a few years back and some dumba$$teens actually did eat them. Stupidity at its finest.
