Ubers service fees and concerns about 1099 inconsistencies I'm a uber driver with 4.99 rating and get no rewards at all

I'm been with uber for a year and a half I have given dang near 3000 rides and I've had a 4.9 rating since and sadly have never been able to use none of the rewards offered on app because of acceptance and cancelation rate because I do exactly as they promote the app to be and that's being my own boss and only taking rides I want that's what I do and do well made 13,488.95 last year they took 7,688 of it this year I made 48,540.88 they took 17,799.77 and this is there service fee for app that I have never been able to fully use like rewards or this years have good rating and acceptance rate and cancelation rate which u can't maintain being ur own boss plus the crappy thing about it is I foot all maintenance on car gas clean it after every rider and give the ride the best customer service I can provide which is held to a high standard because I used to move high class clients like Oklahoma city thunder so I know how to provide great customer service never had any complaints so why am I paying for a app like everyone else and have such high rating and not get rewards for it kinda feels like it's a setup for failure if u ask me the total amount taken in a years and a half work would have covered some of the expenses and can't wrap my head around is I'm paying the full amount of total made including there fee I know it's a write off but still
