At LegalRideshare we always stress to drivers that if you're in an accident to call 911 and file a police report immediately. However, we're interested to see what additional apps (if any) drivers are using in case of flat tires, broken down vehicles, etc. We've heard of HONK and Urgently and wondered if there are any other ones we should look out for.
In the past, we have considered designing our own app to help with items such as how to correctly file a police report, a check-list on what to do, driver messaging system to alert others of accidents, and a direct contact to our firm. Curious if that would be helpful to drivers, and if not, what would be?

Well if it is an emergency then 911 but if not I am a AAA member which I would highly suggest - worth the money!
Those two are in the lead as far as roadside assistance, there are some others but not as efficient as those two.
