What to do when your Uber sign-in is not working

Is your Uber sign-in not working? This is a common occurrence amongst Uber users and most often the culprit is simply a mis-remembered password. If you think this may be the case, try resetting your password through Uber. If you are able to sign into your account but you still cannot request a ride it may be because of one of the following reasons:

• You have an outstanding payment.
• Your payment method was declined on a previous trip.
• Uber is currently unavailable in your location.
• There aren't any drivers in your area at this time. Please wait and try requesting again.
• You haven't confirmed your email or phone number. Check for verification messages from Uber. If you don't have any, you may need to update your account settings.
