Is it actually illegal for a driver to deny a passenger with a service animal or based on religion, race, or gender?
Yes, I know I can be deactivated, but is it actually illegal? Can I be sued?Remember, the drivers are … -
How much are these GPS-enabled dockless rental bikes? Are they cheaper than UberX?

Shipping luggage only? Can Uber deliver things for me?
<added by admin - Does Uber provide courier or delivery service?>
I thought Lyft was foudned before Uber. It says 2012 for Lyft and 2009 for Uber.
Did you ever figure this out?
Geem this is always such a popular question.
can someone do this please? Modern day version? what a great idea.
It's a nickname for Uber.
Plus from that movie with Matt Damon.
the first point is actually a scam that occurs often. Slightly different intention. It isn't to make money but to avoid certain trips where you are not happy with the destination.
Some drivers accept the trip, see the destinatino, and then cancel.
It this picture from the Uber App or is it the mug shot?
Can you ask a TaskRabbit? or a local moving company. They charge by the hour, so it's often not that bad.
Oh, wow. We have seen protestors before but this one actually shut down Uber and Cabify?
Breaking rules in the name of being an entrepreneur? He functions exactly like Uber.
No, he works for Lola. It's some business travel broker, I believe.
or tampon maker and women goods.
Meet LOLA — the first lifelong brand for women
That is going in style.
Is it me or I keep reading this as "Steak Bonus."
Just saw them on eBay. $75 is pretty high. I like ie thought. Are Uber Becons free?
Their Support is pretty bad. I do try the email as that is suggested, but it is difficult to believe they are being answered by real people. They act more like machines in a way that they follow the scripts very closely and must be copy/paste. I have done full circle of back-and-forths, where I would receive the same exact response as the first response, after we have exchanged messages 5 times. I pretty much gave up at that point.
In fact, I think that is what they are hoping for. For people to give up.
I can't imagine being a driver where my livelihood depended on it. Say my pay didn't come through. I would lose my mind talking to a machine over why I didn't get paid (or wahtever)
Statistically impossible.
Isn't the upfront pricing where Uber makes up whatever they want to charge?
or more specifically, whatever people are willing to pay.
so scammy part of this is that the driver does NOT text you to come out of the house? Hardly a scam. I mean the Uber app (on the rider side) even buzzes when the car arrives.
They come and go Flavor of the month.
If InstaRyde and Fasten couldn't make it, I don't see why they would.
All of the above.
