  My opinion is they will do the same to the drivers . In NYC because of congestion and ongoing problems of too too many TLC cars they will eliminate  Uber X  and promote the elite platform at a higher rate of course.

   5 years ago in  It's official. Uber and Lyft are in an IPO race.

  I'm waiting for the stock to fall below $10 and they did it to avoid criminal prosecution because they deserve to be in prison .Their profit is blood money and I wouldn't want to be in their shoes on judgement day.

  Zen this !!!  to all Zen customers please do us a favor smoke a blunt and put earplugs in your ears before entering OUR cars. Lyft elegant hypocrite number two has also followed the Star trek borg tactic of control . I could definitely see a class action suit under a constitutional violation of freedom of speech

  Uber the elegant hypocrites have added this feature to hid a Star trek Borg tactic that seems to be reasonable on the surface but it is  a questionable constitutional right of freedom of speech since we are not employees . Personally I rather not engage in conversation with most passengers because I have nothing in common with young commie pinkos who couldn't hold their liquor if their life depended on it.

  It is the method of  of  Uber s marketing ethics which is a violation of our constitutional right of free speech to manipulate us into a robot with a kill switch . I could definitely see a lawsuit coming soon .

  It will be built into their fare just the same as their surcharges so you don't to do anything  and if they or them or he or she doesn't like it here is always mass transit.  We are not employees and Uber does not contribute to our social security , pension healthcare and etc so surcharges that benefit only the driver is a must.

  Remember that you are the Captain of your ship and let no one disturb your peace. If someone tries to look down on you it is because he or she have a low self esteem. If someone raises their voice and /or becomes vuglar cancel the ride immediately and notify your app company to protect yourself.Never lower yourself to their standards nor be embarrassed  at your occupation . As long as your behind the wheel and performing a service you are a driver and there is no shame in working for a honest days pay.
