In a local flier coupon a particular local taxi stated they are covid compliant and couldn't stop laughing . Most taxi s whether yellow or app based drivers DO NOT clean the back properly or none at all . This particular company hasn't cleaned their cars since it left the assembly line and drivers from other companies are not making the money they should so therefore why would anyone think that the back of the car will be clean when you get in ???

I am sure someone already made stickers and selling them to Uber drivers.
I just checked. Thankfully, no one has made a "covid compliant" sticker yet, but there are similar.

My old hometown used to use old police cars for taxis so the backseat was like a plastic bench. For once this terrible taxi idea might come in handy for protecting riders against covid.
In reality though, I don't think touch has much of an impact on catching Covid. Seems like people are getting it from aerosol particles. I want to see these taxi companies driver people around with windows down and masks on!
