Lyft only lost 667 million in one quarter, Uber lost 5.3 billion
Thank you, I write for a couple of blogs including RSG, I'm their media guy.
Webcam? Or dashcam? Depends on what state you're in. But certainly you can ask not to be recorded, however you may get denied the ride.
It will never happen m. RP is a great salesman, that's about it.
Yeah, estimates on something by 2030 before one goes more than a couple of miles without human intervention or killing someone. Keep smoking what you're smoking.
They have already raised prices through UP (upfront pricing) and PPZ and flat rate surge. Both companies are charging pax surge and prime time and keeping all of it. Even if they raised prices, who says they're going to pass it on to the driver.
Believe me Uber and Lyft are plenty worried they're just going to tie it up and courts and the bill will pass it will not become law until January 2020 so they have 6 months to fight it
What's Uber anyway, a taxi company with an app
😆 don't drink the uber Koolaid
😆, I hope I know my sh*t, I wish U/L were there. I know more about the subject than I care for.
What's Uber anyway, taxi company with an app.
I’ve been a driver for 4 years, not a trick I don’t know, still can hardly break $30 an hour in Los Angeles with 60/21 rates. It’s ugly now, very ugly.
Thank you
Well during the conference call they didn't seem like they're pulling back on anyting they said they're going full speed ahead with expansion all over the globe they will never make money
I listen to the earnings conference call yesterday they tried to spin it but it's tough to spin a 5.2 billion dollar laws even though the bulk of it was a one-time charge their business is slowing down and they're getting eaten alive all over the globe by competitors
Go read my ab5 article things are about to get interesting
El Monte is neighboring Los Angeles if they can do it we can do it wait until ab5 passes
One by one, let's go Los Angeles, let's go San Francisco
Over 80% of rideshare drivers take the 58 cents a mile deduction, they don't pay taxes. IC are supposed to pay quarterly taxes and into social security. That's when they figure out that they've been losing money. Individual taxes compared to employment taxes plus half of social security taxes paid by the employer will dwarf what the so called IC UBER and Lyft drivers are paying.
NFL, not for long, its back under where it was before the earnings. Wall St is a funny place, it's not based on reality, it's based on perception and expectations.
