RIDEGURU
Supposedly a 2014 Lexus 450 SL qualifies for driving riders who ask for Lyft Lux service. The problem is I can’t get past the “2017 or newer” requirement on the application. What can I do?

Lyft is allowing older cars who were currently driving to still use those cars. They were grandfathered in. Unfortunately if you are a new driver that is trying to sign up in some markets you need a 2017 or newer. No way around it. Sign up for Uber. Lyft is paying peanuts in many markets now anyway.
Nothing with Lyft, not only they pay peanuts now they want 2017 or newer cars for new driver signups.
