I assume your horrible experience was with Lyft or Uber. You can try emailing them although that probsbly will do nothing. Go on Twitter both companies tend to do something about an issue when people tweet about it.
Yeah, literally the only way to get a quick response is through Twitter.
Unfortunately, it still leads to the same copy/paste responses though.
What happened?
You can complain away here, would love to hear the story. More officially I would go tweet at Uber :)
