"A French businessman claims Uber broke up his marriage — so he’s suing the company for more than $56 million. The unidentified man, who hails from Côte d’Azur in the south of France, says his problems began when he used his wife’s cellphone to log into the app-based taxi company. A technical glitch allowed his wife to be notified of his travels, including pickup and drop-off points — even after he logged out of the app, he claimed. His wife accused him of cheating, and ultimately filed for divorce"

I don't mean to sound like this douche but what the heck is the bug?  The suspense is killing me.

How was she getting the notifications?  Just logged into the account once but still kept getting them after logged out?

Forget that!  I'm more curious about how he can ask for $40M. Like is that his alimony payment?  Emotional distress?   How much is this dude worth?

I wonder how many court cases are open against Uber right now. Over/Under 1,000?
