For drivers it's important to keep a 4.60 rating otherwise they're facing deactivation. Should Uber apply the same metrics to riders?
UBER announced they're going to kick low rates passengers off the platform, what should that rating be?

Don't they do everything this way? no transparency, it's all PR
I think it should be set at the same standard as drivers. Why not?
Agree 100%
Wasn't this old news? I seem to remember something like this a few months ago. When I read about it Uber was very vague making me think they wouldn't really be kicking people off the platform lol
They have announced it but so far no transparency as far as what the rating is to get kicked off
Right, I have a feeling they will never announce the rating our more details so that they can get away with not having to actually enforce this.
Maybe but I doubt they ever would actually do this. $$$$
Right, Uber does everything for the customer. Imagine the negativity if they started booting riders off the app lol
As UBER does everything this way, they'll announce it but no transparency of course, no one knows what the threshold is. Typical.
My opinion is that UBER will never kick a low rated pax off the platform since they're the golden goose that lays the egg, UBER will just reset their rating back to a 5*
