I thought Uber booking fee was flat rate 2.00 in Philly for X 2.50 for XL. I just noticed that since Sept 1st my booking fee vary from 2.00 to 2.20 for X, XL was 2.50 on the 2nd I didnt drive. Today the 3rd all were 2 20 for X and 2.60 instead of 2.50 for XL although I had 1 X trip at 2.00 tonight. I checked back in August all were 2.00 for X and 2.50 for XL. Did it go up does anyone know? I dont expect Uber to let me know.
I also had 2 pools Saturday night that make no sense. I got paid more for pools than I usually do. In fact they were higher than my Uber X rides with same distance and time. Uber's take was in the negative. There was no surge in pick up or drop off. It wasnt a tip. So confused. I am waiting for Uber to see there was a mistake and take it back. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate your take.

Uber is like Trump. There are so many scandals and wrongdoings, that even a bombshell like this will get buried in the recent pricing change scheme.
I thought the base price for UberXL in Philly was $3.00
Oh, booking fees? Isn't it $2.00 for UberX and $2.25 for UberXL? I'd have to go check mine. UberPool was the same as UberX, if I remmeber correctly.
It sounds like Uber chargers what they want to. Uber X for has been 2.00 for at least past 6 mths. I just started XL and its been 2.50. Pool has also been 2.00. Just noticed the increase September 1st. in a few but most all last night were more.
