Dozens of Uber employees are describing a workplace culture that sounds downright awful and it all stemmed from this former employees blog post on the sexism and "game of thrones" atmosphere she encountered while working at Uber.

I bet working at Uber could be a reality TV show. Imagine how awesome that would be if it was filmed like "the office".

Seems like this type of culture is rampant in Silicon Valley. Reminiscent of the Ellen Pao situation a couple years ago.

At first I thought this was talking about drivers.  Obviously, there are significant more # of male drivers out there.

I actually know a few x-employees.  When I ask them about the culture, they always seem to become quiet.  I always wondered why, because it sounded like such a cool thing.

I saw this article earlier today and sadly it did not surprise me. The CEO does not give a very good example to his workers.
