I think Lyft's ratings system is head and shoulders above UBER'S. The fact that UBER is one and done without the ability to change it within 24 hours like Lyft does is terrible. Drivers are susceptible to low ratings from pax without recourse. Ratings protection as they claim is pure BS. Lyft on the other hand allows the driver to change his/her rating for the pax for 24 hours with an automatic default to 5* is very fair.
