For driver, Here are tips from our friend Brett. We'd love to hear from the passengers regarding this question though.
"Hey there, Brett again with Ridester.com.
We just published a new post on the blog, and since this topic is critical for every driver's success, I couldn't wait till Monday to share it with you.
Today's article is all about ratings.
Ratings are arguably one of the most important things to consider when driving, and impact many different areas. These include the amount of pickups you receive, the rider's first impression of you as a driver, and the amount of tipsyou'll receive after the ride.
Additionally, if you receive too many low ratings, you risk getting deactivatedalltogether. When this happens, you can't earn money driving, and your business goes up in smoke.
While low ratings are enough to keep any good driver up at night, they're very much preventable, but... only if you understand why riders give them.
Today's articles will reveal why riders give one star ratings, how the ratings work and impact your as a driver, and how to avoid them.
Check out the links above, and let me know what you think by dropping a comment below the articles. And if you like what you see, give them a share!

Sometimes people give bad ratings because they're a-holes or idiots. 1* for picking up other passengers on Uber Pool? 1* for not dropping someone off on a "BUS ONLY" street? 1* for not buying a rider a bottle of water because he was hungover and thirsty? 1* for not making an illegal U Turn?
It's not always the drivers fault.
So basically be a better person
